1. Summary

  • Unwanted Items: Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, if unused and in original condition.
  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: Report within 30 days (US) / 2 years (EU consumers). Return shipping covered by seller; refund or replacement processed swiftly.
  • EU Consumers: Also enjoy a 14-day “right of withdrawal” from delivery date—return for any reason. Exceptions apply.
  • Refund payments are issued within 7–14 business days, depending on payment method and region.

2. Return & Eligibility Conditions

Return Types

  • Remorse (changed mind, size, style, etc.): Allowed within [30] days (best practice 14–30 days) if item is unworn/unopened.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Report within 30 days).
  • Digital products/services: Refund only if defect arises and not fixable within a reasonable time.

  • Custom-made or embroidered goods
  • Perishable items (food, cosmetics, flowers)
  • Underwear or hygiene-sensitive products
  • Sealed software/media once unsealed
  • Gift cards, downloadable digital goods where agreement acknowledged loss of withdrawal right

3. Return Instructions

  • Policy must be initiated via Return Request Form or direct email within applicable window. Describe reason and attach proof (photo).
  • Wait for approval and detailed return label or instructions.

  • Use the original packaging and keep proof of postage.

4. Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • Fault, error, or seller‑caused issues: Seller covers return shipping and ensures a replacement or refund.
  • Remorse returns: Customer pays for return shipping unless free‑returns are offered.

5. Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds issued via the original payment method, unless consumer agrees to store credit/voucher.
  • Refunds must be issued within 7 business days of cancellation (or unshipped order) via method at least as fast/reliable as first‑class mail.

6. Exchange & Replacement

  • If eligible, consumers may choose a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Exchanges follow the same timeframe rules. Return shipping paid by seller for faulty items; paid by customer for remorse returns.

7. Lost or Damaged in Transit

Seller is responsible for shipments until receipt by the buyer. If delivery never arrives or arrives damaged, customer entitled to full refund or replacement, even if check shows “delivered” or buyer used their own shipping account.

8. What We Need From You

In your return request, please include:

  • Order number
  • Date of order and delivery
  • Reason for return (e.g. wrong size, damaged, not as described)
  • Photos/videos of the item if applicable
  • Your contact details and preferred resolution (refund/exchange)

9. Additional Information

  • Restocking Fees: A nominal restocking fee (e.g. 5%) may apply for remorse returns; no fee for faulty items. Must be clearly disclosed before purchase
  • Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are refundable if goods are defective or seller fails to ship on time; if buyer returns product after misplaced refusal, seller refunds shipping only if item is defective.
  • Privacy: Return data will be processed per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Our Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Revisions apply only to orders placed after the “Last Updated” date. Consumers should check back periodically for any changes.
