3. International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship to most countries worldwide, except those listed under “Shipping Restrictions” below. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.
  • Import Duties, Taxes, or Customs Fees may apply depending on your location and local laws. These are the responsibility of the customer, unless you’ve selected Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). We encourage you to check your local customs regulations in advance.
  • Delivery Time Estimates:
    • Standard International Shipping: 9-14 days depending on destination, customs delays could extend delivery up to 30 business days.
    • Expedited International: 7-10 days via express couriers.

4. Shipping Restrictions, Compliance & Hazardous Items

  • We cannot ship to: PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses (select services), and countries subject to trade sanctions or export restrictions without special arrangements (e.g. embargoed countries).
  • Prohibited items include hazardous goods, liquids, aerosols, or batteries restricted by air regulations (unless properly packaged and declared according to carrier guidelines).
  • Oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping or incur additional fees. We will notify you before fulfillment if this applies.

5. Order Tracking & Notification

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number within 24 hours. Tracking updates may take up to one business day to appear in the carrier’s system.
  • You can also check your order status in your account dashboard (if applicable on our site).

6. Delivery Delays & Customer Notifications

If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, we will notify you via email with updated tracking info and a revised delivery estimate.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • We are responsible for the goods until they are received by you or your authorized agent. Our liability covers lost or damaged items during transit.
  • To initiate a claim, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the late delivery or receipt of damage. Provide: Order number, photos of packaging/item (if damaged), shipping date, and your contact information.
  • Resolution options:
    • Full refund via original payment method (excluding duties/taxes) within 7 business days, or
    • Replacement shipment at our expense.
  • If we collect evidence from the carrier confirming delivery—but you never received it—we will still fulfill your claim promptly and may initiate a dispute with the carrier on your behalf.

8. Additional Shipping or Handling Charges

  • Handling fees (e.g. remote-location surcharge, fragile item packaging, oversize fee) may apply. These will be disclosed at checkout or after purchase, if unavoidable.
  • For high-value orders or international shipments, we may offer or require shipping insurance. This covers loss or damage beyond the carrier’s liability limits and can be purchased during checkout or separately (optional).

9. Changes to Shipping Terms
